Advanced Training for Teachers
We have now designated Thursday mornings (10.00 – 1.00) as postgraduate mornings.
All Alexander Teachers are welcome, no matter where they trained or how experienced they are. You may not learn the kung-fu lunge or the advanced semi-supine position but it should be fun.
Come and enjoy the unique Ribeaux brand regularly or occasionally as you wish.
